Ĭheck your debug log on Plex itself, contact Plex through their website and they will ask you for log and communicate the necessary approach to solving your unique situation. On your Plex server, try and connect with "insecure connections". If you have access to your router as well, go into the settings of your router and enable "zero config" and "upnp discovery " or something similar to that. Usually it will set to randomized by default, try the phone Mac and then connect. When you connect to it and your about to enter the password,when connecting to a network via Wi-Fi from your Android phone, there should be a drop-down arrow that says advanced, tap that and where it says MAC address, there should be a selection for randomized Mac or phone Mac. After that, connect to You are home Wi-Fi. If you have an Android phone, go to the reset settings and reset your network connections doing this will erase all of your saved Wi-Fi networks etc. I know this is an old thread, but if you're still having issues then try this.
